Firebelly offers a full customer support service and has a fleet of engineers throughout the UK.

In the unlikely event of a problem arrising with your firebelly stove please either call us on 01422 375582 or fill in the contact form. If our technical team cannot resolve the problem over the telephone or by email we will then arrange for one of our service engineers to visit you and carry out an inspection and attempt to resolve the problem. Most issues can be resolved over the telephone and by us sending out replacement parts were necessary under warranty.

In our experience many faults reported to us are directly related to chimney or installation issues. It is important that a fully qualified engineer undertakes an inpection of this prior to a Firebelly engineer visit. If the issue is found to be due to poor installation, poor chimney performance etc then a call out charge and a full report will be issued to you by the visiting Firebelly engineer.
